      Of course one of the things we did while in Toronto was visit Niagara Falls. We went on a delightful day trip that included lots of photo stops, a buffet lunch, a ride on the Hornblower boat right up to the Falls, a walk round Niagara on the Lake and a visit to a winery where we discovered Kate rather likes ice wine (probably one of the most expensive types of wines around but that's hardly a surprise).       ... the loop. They arrived every ten minutes at the airport.

      In the time spent waiting for each bus I started to formulate my contingency plan. My pack contained a camera , laptop, books, extra reading glasses water bottles, my trip itinerary with flight #s accommodation details and various other items that facilitate travel. I had e-mailed my full itinerary to myself so I could retrieve that and print it out.

      Afterwards I got a giant tray of poutine from a street vendor van. For those that don’t know poutine, it is a mess of fries, gravy and cheese curd, which when combined make pure greasy heaven in my belly.
