I went back to the hostel, had my normal 5pm lay down and went down to the Harborfront for dinner and a few beers. Friday I hired a bike from the hostel and rode downtown to the Steam Whistle Brewery and did the tour. Best value tour ever! It was $10 and I got a bottle opener. You can pay $15 ...

    ... our relationship was beautiful.

I thought I had heard him wrong at first, but he repeated his words for me at my request. I have honestly never thought of the relationship between my mother and I as beautiful. Loving: definitely. Turbulent: occasionally. Comedic: all the time. Beautiful: not really.

But then, I started thinking about it, and I realized that it is kinda beautiful. I mean, I can say anything to my mom, and sure she ...
