    After a very nice sleep in the giant bed I woke up at 6am. Half jokingly I'd suggested to the rest of the guys that I'd be going to the fitness centre in the hotel in the morning. Seeing as I was up at 6am, I figured I might as well go and burn off some calories so that I could consume more meat. I diligently changed into my gear and went and got my sweat on.     ... a great time out on the city and everyone was feeling amazing. We came upon a park that had a scultpures of lizards scattered on the grass. We rolled around laughing in that park for awhile. We then found a bar called Bourbon Street that played live music. It was a fun time had by all and we wandered around town during the late hours and that is when the freaks really come out. Amsterdam gets a little weird after 2am and thats when the best people watching can be done.
