    ... which is our minimum goal each day so we're very p,eased with our progress. Tomorrow we plan to leave VERY early so we'll be able to get out and do some site seeing.

    Tomorrow we should hit Oklahoma, Texas and land in Arizona... At least that's the plan! Lol! I'll post more as we go although I don't know that I'll be able to on a daily basis but I plan to at least once or twice a week!

    ... The servers come around and scoop whatever they have right into the middle of the table and everyone digs in. After you pig out on that you get your meal. Many of the dishes are served in giant frying pans. What if you eat all of this and you are still hungry? Lambert's will not allow you to leave hungry. If you are they will give you another entree at no charge.

    ... and I honestly get frustrated at my own abilities to endure such obstacles. That is usually the moment when I have reluctantly learned to hope for help and then simply ask for it. Somehow... somehow... it always seems to present itself in one form or another. For that, I am truly grateful because as hard as I try, I could not do this alone.

    ... it's not illegal to smoke in restaurants, it felt naughty!

    We then set off for our last stretch before reaching the hotel. Oklahoma state had a really good feel to it and driving into Downtown was even nicer.

    In all seriousness, mom has been a saint. Trying to organize my dad and me is like trying to herd cats, only more difficult. She has had to listen to all the great places we've been, watched the receipts pile up, and get us out of multiple nefarious situations. (usually caused by our arch enemies, US)
