... Al's in L.A. so we opted for something else. I had Challah French Toast. The waiter looked at me funny when I pronounced it correctly, with the guttural "h". Not bad for a goy. Please, please, this time.

    I have bridged the gap
    I have crossed beyond,
    Finally,
    Flying, Moving,
    Searching for what lays ...

... Many thanks to Busy and Stew.

Thanks for following our travels, your comments and your hospitality. The journey is not really about where you go, it's about how it changes you. That's why we went. That and, Gypsy Blood.

... lots of descriptions of things. The picture heading for the blog for example is one that I took on our trip to the Kalani retreat (yea, I'll have to explain that one further sometime) on the big island of Hawaii last year. We should all strive to be the reclining Buddha in all of our endeavors (especially when we are vacationing!). It can be a day trip, such as a hike or a trip to a winery ...
