    Our last day "away"!! Tomorrow we drive from Albany, NY home. But we had one last site-seeing stop and I know this is one that my dad would have really liked. Plus, I needed to make sure we got our money's worth out of that America the Beautiful Pass. (And AMERICA IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!) I'm so happy that we've had the opportunity to make this trip.

    ... enjoyed a great day together.

    My boat crew was made up of a Vietnam era Marine (yellow PFD), two Army Reserve CGOs (two in the middle) and a Airman (back left behind bucket) who worked in Iraq as a Combat Controller before leaving the service. His wife (far left front) was also with us.

    ... of oodles and oodles of food - Chinese, American, Italian huge trays of salads and fresh fruit, you name it - and they charged by the pound! The street vendors, hustlers drumming up tourists to do touristy things, cops on horses, people rushing here and there, it was, I don't know.......sensory overload.
