    ... driving as we took the beautiful scenic drive from our house in Moss Beach to just north of Monterey. Plenty of oohs and ahhs from Anne and I as we watched Pacific waves crash up on the California coast for the length of the hour and a half drive. The kids - eh - not so much.

    Monday night this week was very exciting as Greg got to view in person his first NHL game! Interestingly enough, it was against a Canadian team, the Calgary Flames! Arriving in the parking lot after a stop for supper with Glen and Bev, the area is electrified with LOTS of cars and people and the buzz is on!
