... heading for.
Three hours of being beaten by the crashing waves and paddling back out to try again took its toll. I managed to ride one or two waves but a natural surfer is something I am not. Our instructor went out for one last wave and ended busting out a head stand as she came to end of the wave.
We had planned to park back up at the motel and leave the car there for a while. As we pulled up we could see one of ...
Been awhile since I last blogged (guess that's a verb?!). Lots to tell.
Yes, Sunday, 9/15, we walked the 5k as part of the PG Triathlon and Wounded Warrior project. (Thanks for all your well wishes on that!) After a 3 1/2 hr. ride I returned home to learn that I missed two crucial zippers that would have allowed the air to flow out of my jacket. Man I wish I noticed that earlier.
So I think I'm all ready now. Six days until departure!
