    ... the shores young people were playing beach volleyball, so we found a shaded spot to have a fairly late picnic lunch, to have entertainment in front of us.
    We took the esky back to the car, then walked along a very long pier to get fresh air and enjoy the water life.

    ... flat, but the gravel slowed us down quite a lot. Along the way we stopped in a really nice town and had some ice-cream before the flnal 10 miles of the day. I've found cycling over 60 mile gives you way too much of a good excuse to eat anything you want! When we made it to Rochester we stayed with a guy called Jo who rents out his house on airbnb.
