I think the nerves are setting in and the waves of happiness and fear come and Go!!!!!
I never though for a minute i would leave the comfort of a perfectly good job, home and my family and friends to travel on my own ...
... school, and then going to tour round afterwards. Not 100% sure yet but will definately be doing Kerela and then North India.

Enjoy :)

... get some publicity. Note to self....However, take my word for it - it is fraught with danger.
Take last week. I forgot my swimming goggles. Not exactly life threatening, I will grant you, but having driven several miles at 6am On My Day Off in order to really stretch myself (target: 70 lengths) I discovered I had lost my goggles. With only a single pound coin for the locker (I know, it's shocking ...
... hall of our hotel
- Room parties (very annoying and inconsiderate)
- A certain someone continuously groping certain females, even though his girlfriend was on tour (and most of the said females loving it)
- The same certain someone continuously taking photos of girls boobs and other private parts (and the girls loving it)
Interesting Moments
- Wife-swapping
- Interesting navigation on the bus (ie remember the journey from Rome after dinner ...
... Mark was a bit grumpy the next day. After a frenzy of locating and printing off flight and hotel accommodation confirmations, Mat tore up a bunch of paper, pretended it was all our travel flight and accommodation confirmations and then blamed it on Sammy the dog, Mark almost strangled the dog. Lucky for Sammy, the joke was revealed prior to strangulation.
Next stop - airport for flight to Barcelona!
... quite impressive. On the 15th we rode onward, to Le Harve to catch a ferry to Enland on the following day. This was one of the worst days of riding we had experienced with narrow costal highways all morning then highly industrial riding through the port and ghetto city of Le Harve. We slept in a hotel (Etap Hotel official sponsor of the Tour with strange spaceship feel), then took an enormous ...
Reading, England, United Kingdom awn~lmf... to my dorm on account of rain. Bored, and obviously not in the mood to read, I suddenly remembered that all the girls I am friends with were leaving for the weekend. Sam went to Germany to visit her boyfriend, and Jess (my roommate), Jenna and Jamie (two friends from the basement floor) were all going Horseback riding in Wales. How convenient that another 3rd of my "group" left for Dublin for the weekend! Well ...
London, United Kingdom munchkin1386... has it that Joseph of Arimathea brought Jesus here and they built the old wattle and daub church. History records it as standing in 600 and it burnt down when the entire Abby church was destroyed by fire in 1184. Archeology tells us that Christianity was present in Somerset since earliest days. Glastonbury was important for pilgrimage - even being called "The Second Rome". The Abbey became the largest and richest in England. A number of Saints are said to have visited. In ...
Reading again, United Kingdom lroff... play Wonderwall (track 1) And so, the end is near, and so I face the final curtain. My friend, I'll say it clear, I'll state my case, of which I'm certain. I've lived a life that's full. I've travelled each and every highway. And more, much more than this. I did it my way. (Final apology for the cheese overload) That's it! Hope you've enjoyed reading about my travels, and I'm sure there will be more in the not-so-distant future. THE END
Reading, United Kingdom sarahx... the scene especially mysterious. The costumes at the party were great. I have included a few samples here for your viewing pleasure. The people were fun and animated and very friendly. A good time was had by all. The decor was fantastic with Willy Wonka's candy factory at the front and the pool was turned into an indoor aquarium. It was fantastic. I have to say that now I don't feel so bad about missing Halloween. =)
