Well, this may end up being another one of those things that I start on, work on for a couple of days, and then give up on.....but I hope not!
C'mon I can do it! Lose 70 lbs in 365 days (one year). That is only 1/51 of my life, and hopefully, it will end up being only 1/100th!
That comes to about 6 lbs a month...very "doable"!
