A nice hotel, with a roomy suite where we stayed. The pool area was well kept. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly.

Superb! Health care will likely remain my main motivation to flee the U.S.

Then a garage sale where I found a big crock pot for John, then parked and walked 2nd street in my hometown of Stayton to check out all the Summerfest booths.
