      ... bigger properties off the beaten track and it's amazing to see how the other half live.



      This was my last evening in Palmdale and the jacuzzi was in full working order. John got the temperature up to 95 (which sounded pretty hot to me) and it was but ohhhh soooo nice. We clicked our bottles, cheers! and sank into the heat and talked rubbish until we were well done, both sides. I crawled into bed and drifted of into the land of Nod.

      ... a couple of bargains. John picked out secondhand Tama snare for around $60 selected a Yamaha bass $135. The plan is to return the bass within 30 days and get 80% of our money back which works out to $27 hire charge which is about 17, not bad eh?
