Courtyard By Marriott Paducah

Oct 31st we were pleased to make all sixty miles (against the current) of the Ohio River in a single day. We anchored that night at a pretty spot (teeming with jumping fish) called Cumberland Towhead just before the confluence with the Cumberland River.

The home of superman and this fort that goes back to the French and Indian war, also used by the north against the south. Also across the Ohio River is Paducah Ky the home of the Famous Quilt Museum which we visited. The museum should be put on the must see list. Ray and Christa

We joined our friends the Bouchers on a great trip to Kentucky Lake / Land Between the Lakes. We rented a 4 bedroom houseboat from Monday-Friday, and had a great time swimming, jetskiing, fishing and playing Dominos. Here are some pictures from our trip:
