... when I buzzed him, it went to his voicemail so I was stuck till the mailman arrived and let me in with him. The next instruction from my host was to go to the appt and open the door myself as it would not be locked. Aaaargh!!! The door was locked! Upon our return to the hotel, we decided to visit a pizza restaurant just up the road from the hotel for dinner, and made the mistake of ordering a large size! We won't make that mistake again. The 5 of us couldn't finish it! While the pizza was quite nice - the owner of the restaurant was a character I'll never ...

Heading into Los Angeles today with only 3 more sleeps! We stopped in Santa Barbara for lunch on the pier at a place called Moby Dick. The place had a funky smell but the food was good. Checked in to our hotel which is right in Hollywood, then went for a quick walk along the walk of fame. Stopped in at the Highland centre to get some pizza from CPK and brought it back to the hotel to eat. Kids had a swim, then off to ...
