Boarding was to begin by 11:30 but alas that was not to be. The captain came to the check in desk and told us that there was a mechanical problem and the mechanics were working on it and hopefully we would get out by 1:00 PM. Luckily there is free WIFI ...

... into Pyrmont and you get an idea why this area has its own postcode. It is mostly filthy, tacky, cheap but authentic. At night time the manhole covers emit steam, just like the movies. Red lanterns swing and rattle above the busy roadways. The smell of Chinese Five Spice wafts from every other doorway.
