... for poor visibility we were ducking in and out of the channel to avoid Navy traffic.
During the trip down anything that wasn't fastened down below ended up on the floor in the salon. Left Annapolis at 2 Monday and arrived at Top Rack Marina at about 2 this afternoon. Rewarded ourselves with a great dinner out at the Amber Lantern Restaurant. Early to bed. Up at 5:30 tomorrow to get underway at first light.

We took a walk along part of the 3 mile boardwalk in Virginia Beach - what a disappointment! I read somewhere it's been named one of Top 10 Boardwalks so we were looking forward to it.
