    So, finally a good nights sleep. Breakfast at our hotel at about 8.00am. Beautifully presented in the most useless plates you could imagine. Looked great but real task trying to eat it. Nice food however. We claimed old age and a back to get a young guy to haul the bags down from three flights up, hey that's what they are paid for !!     Chilled out day in Ramsey. Explored a bit more of Ramsey walking up to Charlie's high school, tried a 'Fro-Yo' frozen yogurt with lots of extra sugared candy in the Murican way.
