The weather - It is the rainy season right now in Liberia so the rain pours down in buffalos and elephants, not just cats and dogs...so it creates this extra dreariness...what we know from science is that the vitamin D that comes from exposure to the sun is essential to maintaining a positive mood and to ensure sleep ability during the night from balancing the body's natural circadian rhythms...yea, this weather is not helping at ...

    ... Chinatown, the Hispanic neighborhood, the place populated by Russians, Irish, and some other group. Once the tour was over, we were able to stay on the tour bus and they took us right back to our hotel. That was a very nice touch, that we didn't have to change buses or anything.
