    ... we didn't realise you needed your body weight in quarters and your own washing powder. After our washing adventure we headed down to Fishermans warf and had dinner at an Italian restaurant right on the water. It was super romantic and had the best chicken pasta!     ... Shape-Up Liv which was really good... so good that I ended up getting a pair myself (on top of the runners) and left the ones I was wearing there for the girl to "recycle." I had been wearing my Shape-Ups for over a year and they were starting to get worn out (I put a lot of mileage on them) so I was happy to upgrade to a newer, lighter, and cheaper pair!
