During this time I have been here, I have had some really low days, I haven't been super social (as far as going out and visiting friends and stuff) and I haven't felt as patient as I like to...through all of it, my Mother has remained kind, patient, loving, happy and supportive. They gave us some great tips about what to see and do in New York, which was helpful, but not sure how much I can remember. The bus never showed, and by this point we weren't having any luck with public transport in SF. So what did Mike decide, he decided that we should walk. (By the way, we were on our way to the crookedest street in San Fran, aka the wobbly wobbly ...

    San Francisco day 1

A travel blog entry by hutchinson23 on Nov 02, 2013

After a very long and eventful 36hours everyone in the house decided that it was appropriate to sleep until 9:30am, kids included! Even waking up at 9:30am was a struggle!! For this part of the trip we decided to rent a house/apartment in the Pacific Heights suburb of SF. We have a 2 bedroom apartment/flat that is fully self contained with a full kitchen, bathtub/shower combo, back deck and a courtyard. A ...
