I was in Miami when the AFL Grand Final was on, so I went out to a bar with a few hundred other Aussies (and some Americans) to watch the mighty Swans beat Hawthorn. It was 12:30am in the morning when it started, but it was worth staying up for. The whole experience was fantastic, from getting into the little dingy to take us to the boat (note for my sister, me getting into the dingy was like Mom climbing onto the bed when she gave blood that time) to stepping back on the beach.
