He had the episode running and it was good to meet a man with genuine pride at what he was doing. And having tasted what we'd both describe as the best bbq we've ever had at his smokehouse, he's every right to be proud. ... of "championship" caliber, and was told that there were over 15 categories to the competition but that winning the rib category was the Holy Grail. After looking up the results of the competition when returning to San Francisco, I was disappointed to see Porkosaurus did not place in the rib category, with team High Life on the Hog winning it all. I nevertheless plan on rockin my Porkosaurus shirt next time I barbecue. Porkosaurus pride.
