    ... 3 of the way up which was cute. We reached 4th and wandered down the street: the part we were at was Retro Row to that effect: this whole section consisted of vintage shops, cafes, alternative shops/items, barber shops all with a retro twist. It was a really quirky area. We called into a few shops before making our way down to Ocean Boulevard to catch the bus to get to 2nd street, (full of shops, restaurants, coffee houses, all sorts).
