Our 3hr 20min train ride from Washington to New York was uneventful so I don't know why I even mentioned it. If I said it was unmentionable I wouldn't have mentioned it at all. Keep it in mind for next time. So next time I don't mention something you will know straight away it was unmentionable. Sioux as usual had done her research and knew which exit we needed to get on the correct street from the train station. 20 minutes later we're in our room with a terrace at ...

Yesterday whilst everyone else was shopping or sightseeing (I have already seen all the major stuff before so now I can just relax & get to know the neighborhood I am in) I walked up to Tiffany & Co & picked ...

Another long day of traveling....the kids are handling it all really well. We are definitely getting the hang of packing and having everyone carry their bits and finding our way through the airports. We all slept reasonably well, Conrad had the two older boys while i had the two littlies. Ashton did not sleep that great but he sleep in which was great. By the time ...

... that goes over or under the Parkway. We did, without too much trouble, but then drove past the hotel as we headed west on Conduit. The hotel was on a corner, hidden by the trees. But the map on Sandy's I-Pad saved us as it let us know we passed it. A quick trip around the block allowed us to stumble onto the place.

In the morning, I took a picture of the Belt Parkway (far left) from our room window since we would soon be on ...
