Well the holiday has come to an end an now we are sitting at the airport lounge, waiting for our flight home! Santa Monica, Venice Beach, has been very quiet the last couple of days... Ken has been sick, so we have just stayed in and relaxed... A trip to the doctors too, at $1180 dollars!!!! All is well, just a virus! He is nearly 100% again so all good to come home! ... interesting to actually go out into Japan tomorrow. It's a ghost town at the moment because it's midnight. It baffles me that one of the most overpopulated places on earth has no one out past midnight, not even on the freeways! It I miss and love you ...

Strolling along Holywood Blvd, I began the Walk of Fame following the 'stars' aligning the pavement. In no particular ...

... about 8 foot tall and 3 feet wide made of genuine crystal and worth $2-3 million US each! After learning all about Warner Bros. Studios, Dad kindly picked us up and took us to a very nice steak dinner at the local Smoke House (George Clooney's favorite restaurant to visit while shooting movies). Then back to our respective accommodation for rest before the early start tomorrow to drive to San Diego for another NFL ...

... on our little TVs. That’s the first time I’ve seen that on a plane.

Los Angeles was pouring rain all day, including when we landed. The landing was the prettiest I’ve ever made into LAX because we came in after sunset and flew right over the beach to land. There was still just enough daylight to be beautiful outside. Once we got on the runway we had to taxi forever before they couldn't find ...
