After another tasty cold breakfast, we packed up to leave. Jerry was still not feeling well, so tried to nap while I went out to get genuine cashmere street scarves for stocking and christmas swap gifts. Another grey cold day but still in 40s! Today was in the 40s but still raw and chilly. We walked north today, up Madison and fifth avenue, stopping at a watch store and the Beretta store. We had a great lunch at Lavo on e58. Again, place was jammed with holiday parties but we sat in bar by front window so was great. ... Linda Jean's, a cute little restaurant for lunch. Again wonderful country food, the best creamy clam chowder we have ever tasted, scallops to die for and other such delicacies. As usual, lots of laughs and jokes and the happy band makes their way back to the tender for the shuttle back to the ship. Dinner that night was in La Terrazza, the Italian restaurant onboard.
