Slow start to this morning indeed. I tried to catch up on the blog and add a few pics while I had internet access at Andy's.
We headed out to Brunch around the 12-1 mark which was a sight to see. All the cars were driving around covered with snow still. As we walked to the cafe, the ice would drop from the trees and be falling all around us. ... unintellectual indeed. Getting to the hostel, we settled into our room for an early night.

Yesterday we walked around Boston Common, visited the Museum of Science and TD Garden, home of the Boston Celtics and the Boston Bruins. The weather was horrible though, our first rainy day of the trip - so we retired back to the hostel early and relaxed before heading out to a blues club to hang out. Great music and good company made for a fun night!

... less. I went skating in Central Park yesterday - it was sooo beautiful :).

We got free pizza for dinner tonight ooooo yum i'm eating some moreeee FAT!

I can't think right now - but Girls u really needa get ya butts or gaps to NYC - it's seriously amazing!! KITSOU haha u and PASH would be chrissy on 5th Avenue :)

loved the flight, and the hospitality of the BA business class experience. I even had a facial as I though it would be done by a dolly. Then some big gay guy came out to 'facial' me. I was petrified. I have to say that he did a really good job though!!

I REALLY made the most of the free champagne and wine on the flight too. Legs were a bit wobbly on my return to the good old US and A!

... to Tahiti took 8hrs20mins. Upon arrival we were presented with leies made up of grasses and lotus blossoms. By the time we arrived we had been up for over 26 hours. ... ones had bingo in the Rec Centre, while we did some groceries, and then some homemade hamburgers for lunch. After that, they were all off for a craft afternoon. They got to fabric paint, either a bandana, a pillowcase, a t-shirt etc. They loved this. Then late afternoon (after a stint in the playground) it was a movie again, then time for a swim and spa, and then some hot chicken ...

... Constitution - did a 40 minute tour including the gun deck of this, the oldest war ship afloat. Was launched in 1797, so that makes it pretty old. To be standing on a ship that fought and won many a battle was surreal. We got to see the actual cannons (by the way they're only called cannons when on land, once they're on the ship they're called guns), and visualise how they would've worked; something like ...

my time in Cape Town was essentially spent shopping and doing the
things One Must Do; going to Table Mountin, seeing the Waterfront, the
National Gallery, and wine tour in Stellenboch (about 45 minutes from
Cape Town). We did the wine tour yesterday which was the most fun,
because South Africa is known for their pinotage, a hybrid grape of the
pinot noir and cinsault, and chenin blanc. We went to five wineries,
