... I gave myself a bootcamp around the neighbourhood for an hour... it was about 12 degrees out so a perfect day to be working out! I followed the dump truck around for a bit and then went out to the main road. I did lunges at fire hydrants, push ups using peoples fences, up/down hops using the sidewalk curbs, etc. By the time I got back, I was feeling much better. I'm going to see if I can do it again tomorrow.

The $4.25 box lunch was not bad nor good either. The chicken sandwich I had was maybe a couple of days old but I ate it because I was quite hungry after having no breakfast. The flight was smooth, no turbulence. After 9-hour flight, we arrived in Travis AB, Fairfield, California at 1130pm.
