Pre-trip reflections

... I gave myself a bootcamp around the neighbourhood for an hour... it was about 12 degrees out so a perfect day to be working out! I followed the dump truck around for a bit and then went out to the main road. I did lunges at fire hydrants, push ups using peoples fences, up/down hops using the sidewalk curbs, etc. By the time I got back, I was feeling much better. Home for the Holiday
