    I am writing this almost uncomfortably full after the huge meal I ate at 9pm. I left Tracy & Joan's place this morning around 8am. We had a great breakfast of steel cut oatmeal with granola and blueberries with a cup of coffee to wash it down.     I had a fantastic second day at HUP. They are such a great team of therapists! Very rehabilitation focused; as we should be; our unique selling point as Occupational Therapists (OT) and Physiotherapists / Physical Therapists (PT) is complex rehabilitation. We should be using our skills to improve people's function rather than often relying on adaptations and equipment provision. These don't assist in the rehabilitation process they just result on reliance and dependence. I know ...
