    This evening Hannah had organised for us to visit the Coolest Room in Town, Lannie's ClockTower Cabaret, beneath the ClockTower, 16th St Mall at Arapahoe. It is a small
    intimate venue. Lannie Garrett arranges acts from all over including National Touring Acts, big Bands, Blues, Dragtastic Comedy Revues and Burlesque/vaudeville nights.

    ... an evergreen forest. Around lunchtime we headed downhill, found the creek, walked a bit more to the south, and had lunch. The girls were in and our of the water, Sundae rolled in the grass, and we all enjoyed our refreshment. We were able to pick up the trail all the way back to the parking lot.

    ... Managed to get my required purchases and then walked back to the hotel through a thunderstorm (cue giddiness).

    Dinner was a small affair -jetlag really screws with my appetite - and then to bed at 8.30pm which is a bit more like it.

    This update is finally being posted at 4am which is a marked improvement on 2.30am of yesterday.

    ... had a mini mass. After church we picked up a couple of things from Whole Foods Market so mum and dad could cook dinner. They made meatballs, they were really nice. Then we drove to a park with lots of Christmas lights and walked around in the cold looking at all the pretty lights.
