      This was a very nice little town on the border on Connecticut and New York. It was so noce we almost stayed for the winter. The problem was that it was down in a valley so getting out of the valley with icy roads would have been a problem. During the summer there was the Houstonic River that ran along side the town. This place was beautiful during the fall. Also saw Bull's Covered Bridge. Too bad they did not have a campground ...

      ... very picturesque towns, we noticed that the brakes weren't functioning properly. Carol was driving and had to almost stand up to make big Mo (our name for the motorhome) stop. There were lots of hills, small streets and stop signs, so the brakes were being used a lot.

      ... long in there and we were going to the Mall soon anyway so thought I would just hold out until I got there if I needed anything. The Mall was about another 15 minutes drive from Walmart. It had a Maceys in it, didn't know what it was but I recognised the name from American TV shows, films etc. It was 12.20pm and were told to meet at 5pm, over 4 and a half hours shopping, I had nothing really to buy and was just going to have to walk around for ages!
