The morning of New Years Eve, we jumped in the car with Sasha and set out to see some more of Connecticut. We saw adorable town after adorable town, and had lunch at an old fashioned general store near Goshen. We drove through Cornwall, a perfect little town with a 200 year old covered bridge. The day trip ended with a hike to the top of a beautiful hill, where we were able to document the last day of the year with justice. ...

The secretary isn't proving much better either... I'll just have to find the service schedule and show up with my list of sins. What priest can resist that?

Also, on a random note, hazelnut hot cocoa with two shots of espresso. My new favorite beverage. And Peachwave, my new favorite FroYo place. ...

Today we caught the off peak train into Grand Central, what an amazing station. Just love the architecture which is a bit lost on the kids. Walked to Times Square where we collected our Grayline tickets for the Downtown hop on hop off bus tour. Strange tour guide, it was better listening to the prerecording then her! Got off and went into St Paul's Cathedral, so humbling ...
