    Our first stop on the road to South America was an overnight in Dallas, Texas on Spencer's B-day. So, I scouted out a famous BBQ place that was close to the airport and our hotel - Hard Eight Texas BBQ was it! We ordered a tray of meat - seriously.     ... was a great day out, specially on a Sunday. It started in the carpark where everyone turns up with BBQ's, chilly bins full of beer, gazebos and camping chairs. The America's call it tailgating. Drinking before the game is practically a ritual. So we set up, opened a bottle of wine, made lunch and enjoyed the atmosphere. The stadiums are so prepared that they set up portaloos in the carpark - genius.
