      ... think I have the beginnings of chilblains on my ears and face and keep using a heavy duty hand cream (I know, sacrilege to use it as face cream but desperate times call for desperate measures) twice a day - apparently being anaemic and having a low immune system (due to my immune-suppressant medication) makes you more susceptible so I will need to be very careful when we go to Niagara.

      Yet another destination has come to an end. Wow, before you know it I will be home!

      Sophie dropped me off at the train station at 6.30 am so I had enough time to get to LA and get the bus across to the airport. It was sad to say goodbye as I had had so much fun spending time with her and getting to know each other.
