          ... meaning with no accompaniment, and it turned out quite well. Scott Moss gave the closing message of the Feast, taking a true story of a fallen hero from his hometown, and using John 3:16, developing the story and the verse it into a great message of hope for this soldier and all of mankind.

          Soon after the service we hit the road, as we had a few hours to drive before spending the night in West Virginia.

          ... I am surprised that none of the hymns sung at the Feast have been, or will be, "Seek Ye First" on page 100 of our hymnal. I will either request it tonight or offer to play it if I feel brave. Heidi is going to offer to play some hymns also; she can play just about any hymn in our hymnal if she can practice it a bit first. The Hymn-Sing will be followed by a dessert reception - Yum!

          ... that I miss, and a few treats for the family to enjoy. Anyone ever had malt bread with raisins? It is a rather ridiculous price over here, but I wanted Martin and the girls to sample it, and after all, it is the Feast. Yeah, the Feast of fat things, although hopefully I won't become one of the fat things. :/

          We have only one washer and dryer for the whole huge hotel here, but they are free. I have found that the best chance of catching them not ...

          ... night. We had a very inspiring start tothe Feast. There was a few-minute pre-recorded presentation from President Kubik, welcoming everyone to God's Feast. There was a beautiful solo for special music, followed by a great sermon from Mr. Dunkle on how to fear God and rejoice at His Feast. We stayed around afterward for fellowship, then went back to our room and shortly to bed. I slept really soundly for most of the night, although this afternoon I ...
