Planning is overated anyway
... In really need to get on top of that, so instead I downloaded some walking tours. She can be very dull, my rational side. Luckily I don't let her out much. But in this case I think she was rihgt, becasue the tours took me in and around more parts of the city. So this morning I was all ready to go first thing, until I went to check my phone (where I had downloaded the tours to) and realised it had run down overnight. Bum.

Jazzy blues in the "Windy City" of Chi-town!
... to the park is a big outdoor ice-skating rink which provided a hilarious hour of entertainment on our first evening. Dave has never ice-skated before so he was rightly cautious and holding onto the barriers. Myself, on the other hand, had a bit too much confidence and I was attempting to skate backwards before I could barely stand-up. Needless to say I have a few bruises… well worth it though, we had a blast!
