We have been on the road 3 weeks today and are looking forward to moving on to Starved Rock State Park and getting some hiking in.
Hope all our friends are staying well and enjoying life. Always remember LIFE is GOOD!!

After a long discussion with some inconsiderate people at American Airlines we got a voucher for 2 hotel rooms and free meals until our flight out tomorrow evening. When we checked into the hotel, a very nice agent named Sherece did her best to console us and said she would find us a nice room. While we ...

... made chicken noodles (think thick chicken soup) and country fried chicken. The food was delicious. This was followed by Lemon cream and/or peach pie with coffee. I had a half piece of both and preferred the Lemon cream. There was a short time allocated for questions which Marvin answered, but we couldn't hear the questions or him talking very well.
