      We had a great time in Champaign. I got to play pickleball twice and really enjoyed getting back on the court. I do miss playing! Our campground was very nice and the owners are very helpful. The campground is surrounded by cornfields with a small lake in the middle. I did fish one day but caught ZERO:((

      ... a class at the YMCA. This is the nicest YMCA we have ever seen and was loaded with people and families!!
      We have been on the road 3 weeks today and are looking forward to moving on to Starved Rock State Park and getting some hiking in.

      ... next town along, Odell, also has a restored gas station. The last stop of the day was made in Pontiac where the Route 66 museum is a great visit. I could have spent hours there but needed to get back on the road before I became too tired to drive. I continued along 66 to Bloomington where I left the route to travel east to Champaign from where I'll travel to Indianapolis tomorrow. Maximum temperature today touched 80F with mostly sunny ...
