On to Casper, Wyoming looking for a ghost!

We got a late start this morning after spending time outside the Evanston Library where we accessed the wifi and posted our blogs for the past few days, having had no cell service in the Ruby Mountains. Today we drove a little over 300 miles to Casper, Wyoming, a pretty town. For the last 100 miles, we skirted a menacing-looking storm and ...

The morning began slowly as we passed back through parts of SD-16a and US-87S. These are normally ...

Yesterday we started the day off by cooking up breakfast on our cast iron and then hopped on a train that rode around the bison ranch we were staying at. We were able to feed and pet the bison. Jordan was loving it. From there we drove into Cheyenne and visited the Old West Museum where we got free entrance because we told the lady we had just graduated. There's an awesome statue of Lane Frost riding a bull and a tribute to Chris ...

    Leaving Casper heading for Custer

    ... some torn ligaments).

64 degrees outside. Looks like we could run into some rain today. Onward to Custer, where we will be staying a few days and doing more extensive riding in the area. We are also planning a trip to Indian Motorcycles of Sturgis so they can look at the Chief to make sure the squeaking and the error code I'm seeing for the clutch sensor switch are not signs of impending doom or ...
