... br>We were woken up by a travel agent that came to the hotel on our request to tell us more about trips, excursions and things to see and do. <br>We ended up going for an all inklusive daytrip to Chichen itza! More about this in the next entry.<br>

... hit by that beautiful radiating heat that all us Melbournians love. A quick 15 minute bus ride had us arriving at our hotel, right on the Carribean Sea. The place is beautiful. Amazing white sand, turquoise water, great pool &amp; absolutely everything here is included. All food, drinks, cocktails, 24 hour room service, great water-slides. The staff here are really friendly and helpful too.<br><br>I think we have died and gone to heaven .....<br>

Gosh, since I wrote from Palenque, we´ve been through Guatemala (the El Peten jungle province) and that was fantastic. We stayed in this town on an island in the middle of the lake in the middle of the jungle. We would eat dinner in one of the restaurants over the lake (yes literally on stilts above the water) and watch the sunset behind the mountains.
