      I left Jacksonville bound for Houston and Buenos Aires by plane, and eventually to Parana, by bus. From wheels up in Jville to a warm embrace from Maxi (my Argentine exchange brother from high school) it was a total of 26 hours and over 5,000 miles.       ... Last weekend there Cajun cooked up some fried gator tail, gator ribs and gator jambalaya. MMMM MMMM GOOD!!! Once again everybody made dishes and we turned it into a party.
