... not the reptile kind, but a funky little shop that Sold Day of the Dead sugar doll stickers, pendants etc. Coasters with sayings like. My doctor recommends a glass of wine a day....lucky I have 6 doctors. This is a shop to revisit! And, I found a vintage and designer label dress shop 'circa77vintage'...heaven. The proprietor is an amazing lady who knows every article in the store and suggested things that fitted like a glove (I bought 2 items). Her knowledge of ...

I have eaten a lot of food that will ruin imitators, and this is definitely a BBQ killer. I will forever remember my first Texas BBQ, and probably dream about it tonight while I uncomfortably digest. Anyway, we have a busy day ahead of us tomorrow, so we decided to take it easy for the night. ...

    Dallas Smells

Today was another drive day, the last of a gauntlet of drive days all in a row. Today we left the Texas Stakehouse in Amarillo and drove towards Dallas, Texas, where everything is supposed to be bigger. Texas is a big state because this drive day took us 6 hours. Dallas is a funny city, it's supposed to be part of the megacity of Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington, but there seemed to be no people in the city ...
