The house was really great – double story with an attic for storage, full finished basement, three bedrooms, small study, sun room, exercise room, dining room, kitchen, lounge, double garage and two bathrooms. The best thing was the huge deck and fenced yard. Tammy was amazing and had recommended the best contractors for the day. In the end the inspection turned up a few big things that needed to be fixed. We left Dallas this morning for the 200mile/3hr drive south to Austin.

Checked into the Omni Hotel in downtown Austin about 3pm

Walked down to Mellow Johnny's Bike Shop for a coffee as you would in Austin. Damn good coffee here and excellent bike sign of Lance though.

Walking back towards our hotel we noticed how many rooftop bars ...
