    ... that typically would only exist at a presidential museum. I was checking out the exhibits, when a park ranger said a tour of LBJ's boyhood home would start across the street in 5 minutes. I walked across and took a tour with two other couples. The home that LBJ, his parents, and 3 sibilings lived in during his boyhood was very basic, yet pretty nice for the time and place.

    ... filled to capacity. 6th street, conveniently split into West 6th - slightly more up-market, and East, or "Dirty 6th" which is wall-to-wall bars and pedestrianised at night to help everyone get smashed safely.

    Here it is: the day that kicks off the start of my gap year. Graduation! I'm officially done with high school and have an exciting year to fill with adventures and fun before heading to Harvard in fall of 2014.    Graduation was wonderful.
