    ... that's... that's something that I've been thinking about, too. I have a tenancy to become comfortable quickly, and that's good I think, but movement is important, too. If not for movement and growth and progression, then as a result we're stale and sour and stagnant. Fish drown when they stop moving. And there's no more literal symbol of movement than a foot-operated lever.

    30hrs layer I'm here! Flight full from London - had an elbower next 2 me who drank 4 bottles of wine! Got movies working nicely this time. Good food aboard. A 5hr time change from London so now 7hrs behind SA. Got baggage, customs & passport control a breeze. Amazing ...

    ... flight. We then had to pass through passport control we queued up for ages and unfortunately I picked the queue with what has to be the most slowest and chilled out person in the world. Everyone else seemed to be passing through quickly i regretted being told to change queue by the others. The passport guy then decided to walk off for 10 minutes and he decided to shuffle back to his table, making our flight seemed almost impossible now. ...
