... that's... that's something that I've been thinking about, too. I have a tenancy to become comfortable quickly, and that's good I think, but movement is important, too. If not for movement and growth and progression, then as a result we're stale and sour and stagnant. Fish drown when they stop moving. And there's no more literal symbol of movement than a foot-operated lever.
