    Typical rip-off chain hotel

Positives - excellent location for visiting the Palace.
Negatives - Very poor value for money. Like many typical 4 star business hotels you get very little for your money and the hotel want to extract every last euro from you. But I have never stayed in a place that makes you buy milk for your coffee.
We have been travelling Europe for over a month and this hotel is the biggest rip off. Even in guesthouses a third of the cot you will find free wifi, and often a simple breakfast included.
Reccomend staying elsewhere and get a taxi ti the Palace with the money you save.

We arrived in Vienna, Austria, after 16 hours of travel from SLC to Detroit to Amsterdam to Vienna. We took a little (or a lot of;)) nap at the Marriott before
walking to the Schonbrunn Palace (built in the 16th Century). We loved the well-manicured gardens, fountains, and statues! Although the castle was not open at the < …

... I did get my own compartment - was able to watch a movie and get some sleep, have one more night train; will try to get right to sleep next time. Arrived at 6am in Vienna - I purposely picked the hostel right by the train station. I found it by accident and was able to check in - I got my keys and really annoyed my roommates by going to my room at 6:30am and putting away my bags. I quickly left to explore the city. Now I had a map so I was following this ...

... Crypt and of course, the Imperial apartments - a whole series of elegant, ornate buildings, characterised by statues - statues either side of the archways, above the archways, on top of the windows, in fact everywhere....even along the roofline!!

Having been completely "wowed" inside this courtyard at the high level of architectural detail - they just don't build like this these days, we wandered through an archway on the other side and were ...

For breakfast today we ate typical mini sandwiches at Trzesniewski, then we went to st. Stephens cathedral. For lunch we had ribs at ribs of Vienna and then we had delicious pastries from Vienna such as chocolate cake, apple strudel, and champagne truffles. Then we went to the Belvedere palace, now a museum where the kiss from Gustav Klimt is displayed. What a beautiful, romantic, and peaceful ...

... skin on them in various positions to show how muscles work/look. This exhibitors work was used in a scene of Casino Royal. In the scene Bond ran in through the exhibition, past three skinless people playing poker. The exhibition was quite creepy, yet intriguing. After visiting the museum we went to find Heroes Square, where Hitler declared Anschluss. We couldn't remember what it's Austrian name was, but luckily we found it just across the road from the museum. We went ...
