    We were awakened at 4am by the anesthesiologist wanting approval for brother, Tom's, surgery, which was imminent. Yesterday, we gave all approvals to the physician, so thought that we were done with that. We waited for hours to hear about the surgery and finally heard from Tom's case worker that all went well.
