When I was pregnant with Sam I had a lot of time on my hands. For two weeks I ate healthy food and read books on parenting. Honestly in the course of the 12 years I have forgotten or mocked most of what I read. But I'm still mystified by one phrase. The baby doesn't know he is separate from the mom until like month three. ... Speed Week.

There were 19 cars in the car exhibit. Many of them were significant for one reason or another. I enjoyed the exhibit.

The permanent collection was encyclopedic in scope with works ranging from ancient Egypt to Contemporary pieces but didn't have much depth or quality in any particular area. Unfortunately, I believe this is the best art museum in the state.

I fell in love with Winterset IA, and the upper Mississippi river valley. It was a crazy, insane and completely successful journey that impressed upon my heart and soul a deep sense of the goodness and joy of simple pleasures. So many memories, such an ...
