When we first met Addy, we were given a very special book with pictures of her when she was at the orphanage. Inside this book, we saw a glimpse of her life there, include the nannies that cared for her. We often wonder if she misses them and if ...

9. High chair - We swear she wakes up some mornings and says "high chair."
10. Hi-ya and Bye bye - She has been saying this for quite a while. Very sweet to hear that little voice and the drawn out words. Very Texan!
I am sure I have left out quite a bit of stuff that she has picked up on, but those are the ones most memorable to me. We are so proud of how much she has grown!
Our first stop on the road to South America was an overnight in Dallas, Texas on Spencer's B-day. So, I scouted out a famous BBQ place that was close to the airport and our hotel - Hard Eight Texas BBQ was it! We ordered a tray of meat - seriously. We chose a sampler tray of different meat including; beef brisket, chicken jalapeno poppers, spicy sausage, and some beef skewers plus we added corn on the cobb. Everyone's favorite was the beef ...

Reflections, Thoughts & Ponderings
This vacation was another wonderful adventure.
Altho originally unplanned, it was nice to return to London, and see how much cleaner and more modern it has become. I won't be so shy about returning again if the opportunity presents itself, and will probably stay a little longer to enjoy and absorb this city and its people more.
