    ... my room was a wooden hut in the middle of a jungle with an outside bathroom, although the millipede crawling across the ceiling as I slept wasn't quite so cool. In Durban I visited the Ushaka Marine World, the largest aquarium in the Southern Hemisphere and was caught up in the hustle and bustle of the city centre, although I can't say I would do that again in a hurry. An overnight bus took me to Johannesburg where I began my safari trip with Acacia Africa.

    Let me just say despite all odds we're alive and safely in our hotel room..you will find out later why It began with the 6:30am body clock alarm.. And we decided considering its a decent time in oz to give the parentals a call and then for the hour that followed we chilled and I watched some baseball movie with Billy Mac in it.. :) Breakfast time It is!!     Today was my transition day. The goal: Sleep. Eetu was off to work at 8:00. He works for a Finnish company here in Sandton, in fact, he's got a pretty good set up here. He's got a killer pad which he gets for a bargain price. His words "The landlord is unaware of the rental prices in Sandton...which suits me fine".
