... combined. And, best of all, we got pulled over. Now, I just happened to have the cruise control on, so I knew exactly what speed I was going - 62 mph in a 60 mph zone. Not exactly speeding. And most cars were passing me. In L.A., if you are not doing 80 in the 65 mph zone, you might get run off the road, But at least the drivers salute you for doing the right thing, letting you know that you are No. 1 by holding up their finger ...

... A sneaky ice cream and lay under a tree in the park and we were back to the Washington to go up the elevator 500ft and see all of DC. It was really nice and great to see the symmetry of DC. It's all close but not that close... Two big days of walking! Out tonight to dinner at Smiths, yummy salmon. T-short signing party next door and that's contiki evenings wrapped up in a neat little bow :) NYC tomorrow!! Where did those 26 days go? Great friends made and some great stories. ...

P.S. The weather is going to be in the 70's to 80's. Don't be mad.

Time to begin traveling to Australia for just shy of a month.

Cashed in United Airlines Mileage Plus miles for a one-way Economy Class ticket to Perth, Western Australia to meet up with my friends who I will be traveling with. Since United has no partner to continue on from Sydney, I ended up with an interesting routing. So, Metro and Washington ...

Bobby, Sadie and I are looking forward to our road trip. We have been encouraged to write a travel blog. Hey if Kerouac and Kesey can do it, how hard can it be? The Xterra has been fully checked out, tires check, fluids check, brakes check, skid plates check, winch check, lights check. We are now loading the X to the gills. The Seda Tango is up top and has a new dannu kayak cover to cut down on the UV damage to fiberglass. ...
