Everything is bigger in Texas! Up at about 7 today, bags to coach wasn't until 945 so had time for a shower and a bit of breakfast. ... who has returned from the funeral so now everyone can relax a little. As we were ready to leave, we couldn't find Milton. A young lady in the shop asked if we were looking for an older gentleman because there was one sitting in the rocking chair outside. Ouch! We don't think of ourselves as old but I guess to 20 year olds, we are. Just down the road is the Old Town Museum Complex. Please pray for this family, it was such a shock to hear and such a sad story. ... of no-where, no shops around, close to the train tracks and there are trains going through every 5 minutes blasting their horns. I don't think we will be here more than one night!
It's dinner in the RV again and finally get to bed just after midnight.
We've covered over 1,300 miles to date so probably about half way with a week to go. Google Maps shows about 1000 miles to LA but we have a diversion to the Grand Canyon planned so that will add a few miles.
