The motel possesses a Texas-shaped swimming pool which was particularly refreshing as I arrived to find the temperature in Amarillo at 96F, another new high for me this trip. After my dip ate at the Steak Ranch which has a challenge that allows you to have a meal for nothing if you can eat 72oz steak and sides in less than one hour.     ... melted in your mouth, I have never enjoyed a steak so much. After three attempts, we finally found the Cadillac Ranch...I can't believe we wasted that much time looking for this exhibit....but Ian can always say he saw it. The studios are no longer operating but have been maintained with their original 1950's appearance and feature music memorabilia and vintage recording equipment.
