Our only activity today was an attempt to get the suitcases fuller before we head home in three weeks. We went to many stores over 6 hours and didn't get much at all, despite trying on lots of clothes. The day was pretty warm but it got overcast so the day was comfortable despite being in the late 80s. For lunch we had Taco Bell and for dinner we had ...

The first guy seemed a little bored so wasn't that great but the second guy was good. The first tour was large, ...

I bought Andrew his jet boil he has been wanting, a duck floating toy for Georgie and glowing collars for Columbus, Georgie and Smudge and Jazzy. I thought poor old Boona didn't need one, she doesn't want to go anywhere but be loved. I got a peak hat light and cool collars that if I don't use the girls might like. ...

... with three local officers at lunch, had a cuddle and a picture to commemorate the occasion. The ceremony took place in the local Subway/Texas Burger outlet just off the I10 freeway.

There were many trucks on the freeway. Other interesting sights included my first oil pumps and Texan longhorns. We also passed a paintball centre with a difference. This was Tactical Paintball, complete with camouflage helicopters parked out front. The ...
