      ... rediscover the beauty of seasonal changes on the east coast. Accordingly, the family has engaged in the "endless fall" of 2014... for a solid 6 weeks, the girls have gleefully leaped into leaf piles and we've all been awestruck by the brilliance stretching from northern NY to central NC.       Gail finished packing her case and Beth (Gail's niece) who is also coming with us, arrived to spend the night. Gail and Beth both dyed their hair and we had a couple of drinks.

      ... an amazing view. The smell around there wasn't so amazing though. We looked over the side of the cliff and a dead deer was starting to decompose. We assume it had been hit by a car.

      Arrived home around 4:45 and immediately jumped in the shower to get ready to go out for dinner. Gail was meeting Jeff and me at Kickback Jack's.
