      ... if you're on a Disneyland vacation, and we could definitely see why. After receiving our tickets and making our way over to the park entrance, we made it into Disneyland. We decided to go on the "Star Tours" Star Wars ride first. It was a 3D simulator ride, with C3PO as the pilot of the "ship" we were in. Lots of flying, dropping, crashing and simulated high speed.       ... right down to the white part making sure he didn’t leave a trace of pink anywhere! Steph thought the watermelon was good too very refreshing as the weather was generally pretty warm. Very nice!

      The park closed at 6pm today which was probably a good thing for us so we could get home at a reasonable time. We grabbed a couple of souvenirs on the way out. The kids picked their Christmas decorations so we won’t need to do ...

      ... a pretty good job at amping the kids up for the hike as they were both really excited “I can’t believe we’re going to walk the Grand Canyon today!” Neither could we really, we had told them initially that we were only going halfway down, which was the original plan, so we thought it fortuitous not to update them with the new plan of all the way baby!
