So ends our trip.
I drove Drew to Jiminy Peak and decided to check out the Berkshire Museum. That turned out to be a great decision and it took up my entire day! ... Hitting Vermont we head north on Highway 7 with no idea how far we will go today. I am excited to see the fall leaves but we may be just a little ahead of schedule. It is supposed to be in the 80's for the next few days, and they have had lots of rain and flooding up to this point, so people are saying foliage is not quite at it's peak yet, but I know I'll be snapping lots of pictures!

Cycling the Old Erie Canal Trail from Rome
This ride turned out to be pretty tiring...partly i think because my tire was losing air and that made it harder to cycle over the stone dust paths.
i started at the Erie Canal Village in Rome where i took their tow path to the beginning of the Old Erie Canal Park Multi-use Trail. There were a lot of nice parts through farm country and along side the old Erie Canal. Lots of sections were algae-covered, just the way i like it.
